Kad Lamba Karna

Chota qad lamba karna
Qad lamba karnay ke liye manderja zail hidayaat per amal karain



 













1..Subha shaam walk kiya karain.

2..Rozana subha dopeher aur shaam ko aik glass milk piya karain.

3..Fresh fruit ka istamal karain.

4..Fresh vegetables ka istamal karain.

5..Khajoor aur bajra ko rozana apni khuraak main shamil karain.

6..Zehni tanao se door rahain aur shehad istamal karain.

7..Butter,cream, paneer,nishasta,gehon aur akhroot ka istamal karain.

8..Halki phulki exercise kiya karain.
