Chanay ki daal               1kg
Cooking oil                     1/4kg
Piyaaz                             1adad
Lehsan pisa hoa               2chamach
Adrak pisi hoe                 1chamch
Haldi pisi hoe                   1/2chamach
Laal mirch pisi hoe           1chamach
Laal mirch sabut               5adad
Namak                            1chamach
Timater                            1/4kg
Hari mirch kati hoe            8adad
Kali mirch                         10adad


Tarika

< Cooking oil main piyaaz brown karain phir is main lehsan ,adrak ,namak,pisi mirch,sabut mirch kati hoti,kali mirch, haldi aur adha cup pani  daal ker achi terhaan bhonain.Phir chanay ki daal  aur 3glass pani daal ker aanch taiz ker dain jab pakne lage to halki aanch ker dain.30minutes main daal gal jae gi phir is main hari mirch aur timater daal ker pani khushak hone tak pakaen.Lijie chanay ki daal tayyar he.Salad ,achaar aur raitay ke saath nosh fermaen.
