5..Nahar moon pani main lemon ka ras mila ker piya karain.
6..Nahar moon neem garam pani main shehad mila ker piya karain.
7..Dopeher ko khane ke baad aik chamach kalonji khaya karain.
8..Butter,chiknae aur mithi cheezon se perhaiz karan.
9..Bhosi wala aata istamal karian.
10.Qabaz na hone dain.
11.Gosht kam istamal karain.
12.Taza sabziaan istamal karain.
13. Fresh juices istamal karain.
14.Sara din apne chotay chotay kaam khud karain.
