Piyaz                  1/4kg
Dahi                   1/4kg
Cooking oil         1/4kg
Hara dhaniya       Thora sa
Laal mirch powder   2chamach
Dhaniya power     2chamach
Namak                 1chamach
Haldi                     1/4chamach
Lehsan pisa hoa       2chamach
Adrak katti hoe         2chamach

Gosht dho lain, piyaz bareek kaat lain ,hara dhaniya tor ker rakh lain adrak kaat lain ,lehsan pees lain, aaloo cheel ker kaat lain.Cooking oil main piyaz laal ker ke nikaal ker pees lain .Ab oil main lehsan , adrak, namak ,mirch ,pisa dhaniya, haldi aur 1/4glass pani daal ker bhon lain phir gosht daal ker bhon lain aur 4glass pani daal ker gosht galne ke liye halki aanch per rakh dain.Jab gosht gal jae to is main aaloo daal dain jab aaloo gal jaen to is main dahi phant ker aur pisi hoe piyaz daal dain aur teen glass pani daal dain jab salan pakne lage to halki aanch per 5minutes ke liye dam per rakh dain phir hara dhaniya daal dain aur chola band ker dain.Aaloo gosht tayyar he.
