Chanay ki biryani ya chanon ka polao bananay ka tarika manderja zail he.

Safaid chanay             1/4kg
Piyaz                           1/4kg
Lehsan                        3 chamach
Adrak                          2chamach
Cooking oil                 1/4kg
Zerday ka rang            1chamach
Namak                         Hasbe zarorat ya dairh chamach
Sabut garam masala     2chamach
Raeta                           Hasbe zarorat
Lehsan ki chatni          Hasbe zarorat
