Garam masala sabut     2 chamach
Namak                          1 chamach
Adrak                            1chamach
Lehsan                            1chamach
Piyaaz                            1/4kg
Dahi                               1/4kg
Zerday ka rang               2chamch
 Dahi                              Raetay ke liye
Lehsan ki chatni            Hasbe zarorat

Tarika

Chawal chun lain gosht dho lain dahi ka raeta bana ker rakh lain.Oil main thori si piyaz brown ker lain.Ab is main adrak, lesan aur piyaz pees ker daal dain aur gosht daal ker thori dair bhonain phir dahi, sabut garam masala aur namak daal dain aur achi tarhaan bhon lain.Phir chawal dho ker daal dain.Aur 6 glass pani daal ker aanch taiz ker dain jab pani khushak ho jae to zerday ka rang pani main ghol ker chawal per daal dain aur dam per rakh dain.15 mint baad chola band ker dain chicken biryani tayar he raetay aur lehsan ki chatni ke saath nosh fermaen.
