 Aik patili main chane ki daal, lehsan,adrak,kali mirch,sabut mirch,namak daal ker 4glass pani daal ker halki aanch per galne ke liye rakh dain . 45minutes baad mash ki daal daal dain jab mash ki daal gal jae to aik choti patili main cooking oil daal ker is main piyaaz brown ker ke daal per daal dain lijiye maash ki daal tayyar he.Salad aur raete ke saath khaen.
