6. Blood pressure berhne se pehle aap ka jo life style tha wo dobara apna lain ager mumkin ho to.
7.  Pisa hua safaid zeera aik tea spoon raat ko sone se pehle pani se kha lia karain.
8.  Ispaghol ka chilka istamal karain.
9.  Doctor se ilaaj zaroor karaen.Aur B.P control main rakhain.
